From Techtree - Microsoft and HCL of India have announced a low-priced Windows XP Home ultra portable , the HCL MiLeap H. It has a 7" touchscreen TFT LCD, which can be rotated and folded into a writing pad and also features a ULV Intel CPU, the Intel 945 GU Express chipset, 1.3 MP webcan, 1GB RAM and weighs only 0.98 kg.
Touted to be the lowest priced Windows XP powered laptop in the market, it costs Rs 16,990 or roughly USD426.
