JinPeng E1181 has detachable spy camera

While the JinPeng E1181 doesn't really scream quality it has some nifty features including a 3-inch stylus-based touchscreen, number buttons, and an incredibly great detachable wireless digital camera. The 2 megapixel spy cam can transmit a continuous stream of images to the phone over some unspecified RF technology from up to 30 feet away, and hooks back into the phone for charging.
